I tried to create a page on my site today but it did not show up.  I then tried to create it again and also a third time each with no success.   However, after logging out of my site and back in, the page did finally show up in the Admin/Pages navigation but  I am unable to select this page for editing via this navigation or anywhere else.    I have looked into the various Tabs, TabModuels, TabPermissions, and TabModuleSetting tables and found that all three instances of the page where in there.  I have physically deleted all referenaces to this new page from these tables.   I then go back to my site, refresh the screen and it somehow still shows up in the Admin Pages navigations.  If I refresh my browser while on the Admin/Pages screen, the page will either appear or disappear from the list of pages.  Each refresh will either show it in the list or remove it.  When it shows, I can not edit it, but when it is removed, it is still showing on my main sites navigation bar.   How can I get rid of this page all together? 

Needing help as soon as possible as my site is live and the page does not really work should someone attempt to navigate there.  A phone call from someone would be a great assistance at this time.  Just let me know and I will be glad to provide my direct email address and/or phone information.
