I'm looking for a light  discussion module similar to the one used in the earliest days of DNN.  I need to use it for DNN 4.X.  Any Idea where I can find it?

Thanks.

You can go to SourceForge and rummage around through the archive of Legacy Releases

From what I recall of the now defunct Discussion module, it suffered from serious flaws- like: anyone could  edit  any other "post"

Why not try Presstopia's killer, free forum!

Thanks Y01nk,  I liked Presstopia's forum it is really nice and less complicated.  I'm in the process of figuring out how to make the threads section as the forum home. I do not need groups and forums.

Thanks again.

If you can do it, I am interested. Please please let me know when you figure it out. I am also using Presstopia but I don't want groups. Just the threads as my home page.
Something like www.jdunderground.com or www.autoadmit.com.

Thanks

Hi Makkabokka,

I don't think there is a way to do it.  I might have to live with it.  The best thing I liked about this forum is that it doesn't use the admin skin when you reply to threads.
