I've tried to resolve this on my own, but I need to call in the big guns now (after more than a dozen attempts of cresting as new user and deleting, then editing the text again).

I tried to edit it using the FCK editor, but the email will then contain the html tags...paragraph breaks < P >, etc. I've tried 'airing it out' using the basic editor...same.  I tried putting extra lines in using the language editor and got close...once...but the token info all stayed on the same line.  I went back in to simple add spaces between the tokens, then it all resorted back to 1 paragraph of text.

I am trying to add paragraph breaks like so:

I agree; every other module that sends system emails works like a champ, but I'll give it another go tonight...tried more times than I would like to admit already. I wish I would have left it alone.  :)

So you and others have no problem using FCK and formatting it to your liking? I tried using FCK, tried adding the tags in the grey box directly in the language editor, tried just spacing it out in the language editor, etc, etc, etc.
