I know that host account is higher than administrator account

But I don't know what are different functions between host and administrator ??

I cann't find it

Please tell me

in a multi-portal installation, the host is providing several portals to individual customers and each portal is ruled by an administrator.

The Host controls the whole DNN installation,  Administrator controls only the individual portal for which the Host has given him control of.

The above posts have covered the high level differences.

Also, Host accounts are the only ones that are able to install modules, and typically by default skins.

They maintain the global view of the entire installation.

One important difference for developers is that Host account evaluates to true on EVERY SINGLE security setting. So, if you are logged in as Host and code is checking IsInRole("blabla"), for Host account it will return TRUE. This MUST be taken into account during code writing, or else :)
