Hello -

I was curios what the logic is behind the "People on line" module.  I will notice that at one moment, it will show 16 on-line, and then after a few moments, it will show 1 or 0 or something totally weird.  The most I have had within the last month is 189. then jump to 44, then to 5, then up again a few, and then 1.  It's strange, because my page counter doesn't increment at the same pace as number of people on-line shows.   My page counter lags tremendously.

Also - is the people on line affected by robots scanning my site?

If someone could give me some insight, I would be very greatful.

Thanks,

Fox
