After upgrading 4.5.3 to 4.5.5 this morning our hostmenu is gone. We can login with host, but only admin menu is avalaible. Anyone who can help please?

restart application by doing a minor edit (e.g. in a comment) in your web.config file and saving it.

We were having the same problem as well... but when we applied the "hack-fix" which was making a minor 1 space change to the web.config, the "HOST" came back...

oh yippie....we yelled out loud...

So we're adding this info to our notes and list of things to remember when doing upgrades... we've put it under a section in our notes called "Hack-Fixes"

by the way Is this a "FEATURE"?
