Our organization is interested in purchasing/obtaining a help/support desk module for our DotNetNuke portal.  In conducting a search on these forums, I have found several options that appear to fit our needs.  At this point, the two we are most seriously considering are DNN Modules "Support Desk" (http://www.dnn-modules.com/Default.aspx?tabid=95) and OnyakTech's "SigmaPro Help Desk" (http://www.sigmaprodraconis.com/).  I was hoping those with a more intimate knowledge of these two modules might be able to provide us with a comparison to aid us in making our purchase decision. 

If you happen to have used either of these modules, I would appreciate hearing some of your opinions and reviews.  If you have any other suggestions, please feel free to share those, as well.

Chris,

I'm also looking for a support ticket system and have been in contact with you guys.  I was looking for a live demo that I could play around with without installing it in our portal.  Is something like this available?  How customizable is your module?  I'd like to use it in two portals - one as a traditional support ticket system, the other as an service order tracking system.

BTW, the two modules mentioned above are the same candidates that I narrowed my search to.

The live demo was removed from the web site (www.SigmaProDraconis.com) to prep for the BETA and final release of SigmaPro 7.0.

SigmaPro is extremely customizable.  Custom email template, custom fields, security, etc, etc, etc.  You won't have any problems using SigmaPro on multiple portals.  You can even use SigmaPro for multiple solutions (CRM, Help Desk, Projects, etc) all within the same portal.   The licensing allows you to use the module on an unlimited number of portals as long as they are hosted on the same server.  Enterprise licenses are available if you need to support an unlimited number of servers.

We can also setup SigmaPro on your site to fit your solution at no additional charge.  This free service is for "Basic" setups only and is available for evaluation purposes as well as after purchase installations.
