I am trying to create a module that will allow my users to upload and unzip file(s) in my portal. The zipped file will only include XML(s) files and I have the code that will delete all other types as soon as the zipped file is extracted. I got both the upload & the delete function (for non-XML files) working, but I have spent the whole day trying to write the code that will unzip the uploaded file using the same code in the filemanager.ascx.vb without a success. Does anyone know of an easier way to unzip the file? I have a feeling that I can not use DotNetNuke approach because it is checking if the user is using the host account or not. Any Help?

Thanks leupold for your reply. Whenever I used the FileSystemUrils.Unzip command I get the error "Object reference not set to an instance of an object". However, when debugging, the source-file, dest-folder and portalsettings all have values assigned to them. I even tried to hardcode both the sourcefile and destfolder without any success. The zipped file is being uploaded successfully, it is just the extrat does not work.
