Hi,

I have a couple of portals on the same DNN instance and all the Smart-Thinker modules rely heavily on the Lists functionality.

I have been asking for the Lists functionality to be moved to Admin level for over 2 years, so I was glad when I saw it as a Gemini issue.

After upgrading, my Lists menu is still at Hosts level and I can't seem to create list data for each portal. The Portal column is definitely in the table as some of my stored procs broke that were not aliased properly.

So, my question is: What happened to this feature in the end? Having Lists at Host level and not Portal level renders it failry useless to all module developers as most people run more than one portal on an instance and the portals need separate list data.

AFAIK lists can now be used on host and porrtal level, though there is currently a UI on host level only.

Sebastian is correct - the Application now supports Portal level lists at the API level, but there is currently no UI for maintaining them

So if the feature is available but there is no UI, what are our options for those of us who want to take advantage of this now? I'm a user or Rodney's products and am awaiting portal level lists.

Is there are work around now? or must we wait for a UI? if so is there a timeline on the UI?

Thanks for listening

Mark
