Hello,

I paid a 1 month subscription on traincert.net in order to download videos about dotnetnuke.

The problem is that traincert got my money, but I still can't download the videos even more than 3 weeks a ago.

I emailed 2 times the webmaster, but got no response.

What is that crap ?

Can Jan E. Blomquist PLEASE answer me or at least solve my problem ??????

PS : I know this is not the right way to solve these problems, but I don't know what to do

I have not had experience with this site, however, if you have not received access tot he item you paid for you might try to open a dispute with your credit card company.

I don't wanna open a dispute. I think the videos are still there, and I wanna watch them. I just want him to give me access to these videos.

Is this guy a phantom or what ?

In the last year on the forums, only one post besides yours even mentioned him.  It's unlikely you'll contact him through here any more reliably than shouting out your back door.
