Dan,

I am glad that you are up and running, I am still trying to figure out what happened that caused this error, I spent over 3 hours with a client Monday and Tuesday of this week and this was the end result.

The scary thing is that the sites were up and running for a long time before hand....

leupold,
Thanks for that, got it turned off now.

Mitchell,
Very strange indeed, my customer sites had been fine, and then BANG they were just hanging, tried everything (apart from what you posted) and was even about to try and rebuild from scratch....but you saved the day.

Have it set to 0 but will try setting it at 2 and see how that goes.

Thanks again both of you

Dan
