I am wresting with my DNN 4.5.5 Installation.  I have following the steps verbatim but keep getting the following error.  ERROR: Could not connect to database specified in connectionString for SqlDataProvider.  I am using SQL 2005 in a Default Instance configuration.  I have created the DB and the dnnuser and verified the user is able to logon via Mgmnt Studio.  Here are my web.config settings, can anyone help me out here?  Are my settings correct?  How does web.config need to be set in order to connect to default instance of SQL 2005 Server?

  </configSections>

    <add name="SiteSqlServer" connectionString="Server=DOTNETNUKE;Database=DotNetNuke;uid=dnnuser;pwd=password;" providerName="System.Data.SqlClient" />

    <add name="SiteSqlServer" connectionString="Server=DOTNETNUKE;Database=DotNetNuke;uid=dnnuser;pwd=password;" providerName="System.Data.SqlClient" />
  </connectionStrings>
  <appSettings>
    <!-- Connection String for SQL Server 2000/2005 - kept for backwards compatability - legacy modules -->
    <add key="SiteSqlServer" value="Server=DOTNETNUKE;Database=DotNetNuke;uid=dnnuser;pwd=password;"/>
