Hi, I stll come accross the term "breadcrumb". I am not english native and I can't imagine what does it mean. Can anybody help me?? What logical meaning does this term have??

Breadcrumb is the menu trail that is displayed on a site. It show you the various menu levels you have gone through to get to the page you are on.

Example: Home >> Products >> Seasonal >> Sale

The term 'breadcrumb' is used to represent a path of navigation.

Home>About Us>Staff>Bios...

The term originated from the Grimms Story of Hansel and Grettal where the children dropped breadvrumbs along a forest path to find their way home.
