Hi All,

I'm trying to figure out the limitations of DNN in this regard: I have a 3-tiered design to my portal structure - Host-Parent-Child

Certain registered users (Admin) on the HOST portal can create another portal for their "company/org/association", call it PARENT. Certain registered users (Admin) on the PARENT, can create another portal for their "section/department', call it CHILD. So I have a HOST-PARENT-CHILD setup. It is working. I use the Onyaktech Portal Registration module and other db additions to achieve this.

Question: when a user registers on the PARENT, how can I get that user to have access to the CHILD portals or a GIVEN child-portal? I'd like a user to have access to the Parent-portal where they register AND access to certain Child-portals given permissions.

Any ideas? As detailed as possible please...

Thanks

Sebastian, this has nothing to do with my module vendor.

To all...

Quite simply, I 'd like to allow users who register on a Parent portal, to be able to login to all or selected Child portals.

Can I do that in DNN? Is there any other way to do that? Is there a known module or amendment that will allow that?

Thanks
