when click host settings. I have error:

Which version of DNN are you using? 

If you are using 4.06.02 or above, look for any assemblies in your Bin folder that begin with "DotNetNuke.HttpModules" and delete them.  However, DO NOT delete "DotNetNuke.HttpModules.dll".

Also, if you have any custom assemblies in your project that automatically import a similar namespace, this will cause it.  For instance, if you have a custom assembly that contains a class like:

MyCompany.Entities.Portals.PortalController

This will cause the same error (but different class), because your assemly has the Entities.Portals.PortalController class, as well as the DNN assembly.
