You can add an OnClick attribute to the button to have the JS be triggered.  THis is a standard ASP.NET programming item.

Button1.Attributes.Add("OnClick", " m not in front of VS right now...)

Sandip,

I would like to share a utility method (from an vb.net/asp.net 1.1 app, but still applicable) that might get you heading in the right direction.

        Shared Sub DisableMultipleButtonClicks(ByRef button As Button)

            Dim sb As System.Text.StringBuilder = New System.Text.StringBuilder(200)
            sb.Append("if (typeof(Page_ClientValidate) == 'function') { ")
            sb.Append("if (Page_ClientValidate() == false) { return false; }} ")
            sb.Append("this.disabled = true;")
            sb.Append(button.Page.GetPostBackEventReference(button))
            sb.Append(";")

            button.Attributes.Add("onclick", sb.ToString())

        End Sub

hope that helps,

Ian
