1) Was the site working at one time and then you just started getting this error?

2) If it was working, did you install any modules before it stopped working.

3) What version of DNN are you using.

4) Can you login and access any pages (Pages you created, Admin or Host pages).

Yes its been working for a few months.

No no new modules have been installed

I can check the current version but I think it is 4.06

I can log in and navigate the the pages but nolonger can see any of the modules that were on the pages.  Earlier today I could see the modules but couldnt access the settings for the page nor modules.

I beleive its to do which the .Net2 framework read the following

http://forums.microsoft.com/MSDN/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=651902&SiteID=1

apparently it is "In .NET 2.0, this error is almost always caused by multiple threads modifying the Hashable at the same time"

hmm

So did you call MS report and request the hot-fix for this issue as suggested in the following blog:

http://blogs.msdn.com/toddca/archive/2007/01/26/hashtable-insert-failed-load-factor-too-high.aspx

You also might to try to reset IIS to see if that takes care of the issue, but if that does take care of the issue there is not garantee the error will not show up again later.  Might want to try to reset IIS and then only install the hotfix if the issue returns.  Another option would be to install the .Net 3.5 (which contains a upgrade to .Net 2.0 - aka: SP).  This service patch 2.0 that comes with .Net 3.5 should include the hotfix, plus many other bug fixes.

P.S. You might be able to just download the .Net 2.0 service patch now without installing .Net 3.5, but you would have to ask MS about that.
