Received a critical error message when I tried to access a file through file manager.  Below is the entry that I found in the even viewer:

did you try to sync the database in filmanager?

I did try that and received the same message.

A critical error has occurred.
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Thanks for the suggestion...any other ideas would be appreciated.

This is EXTREMELY 110% CONSISTENT on our 5 development, 2 test, and 2 live production environments. Can someone PLEASE shed some light on how to fix this issue?
