Has anyone used activePDF in a custom DNN module?

We use activePDF in some other non-DNN apps and it works fine. But for weeks we have not been able to get it to work in our custom DNN module.

We also tried Winnovative Software's server based PDF conversion tool. It worked great and we could set margins, headers, footers, etc in code. But we just found out that it will only render about 36 pages in the conversion process of an HTML page to PDF. Our reports can easily be between 50 - 200 pages. So their work around of breaking it up into multiple PDFs and then merging is not very attractive.

I am also looking into ConvertDoc, but have not heard back from them yet. Highwire by Cordova software might be an option, but at $3k it is a last resort.

We just need to allow a user to select a report from a list and Print to PDF where all the conversion is handled in the background and they just are presented with a PDF file to save.

Thanks for any ideas on other ways of accomplishing this.
