As I understand it asp.net unloads the application after 20 minutes of no activity.

Can you adjust this time down to 10 minutes or so?  Or better yet can you adjust this so that application is unloaded at logoff (if only one user is using site)??

Modify your app pool recycling property in IIS. Right click the app pool used by your website, choose properties, under the recycling tab change setting (in minutes) then restart the app pool.

The setting you're after is "Idle Timeout" in the Performance tab of that properties dialogue.
