Hi ppl.

This is the question, there's any way to share users between several portals in DNN? Let's suppose that I register ina parent portal and the objective is to make my registration available on two child portals and if I register in one of yhose childs, the account should be available on the other child and parent alike

Thanks.

AFAIK there are 3rd party modules to accomplish this, e.g. from dnnMasters.

I've found MPUS from dnnMasters, but since there's no any trial version available anymore, I can't try it. Do you have any free alternative in mind?

Thanks a lot.

Go search Snowcovered.com. There are only a handful and they all vary in  the details - and it''s very hard  to assess them without trying them out.

DNNmasters, Workcontrol and Innventua do variations on this.

Thanks anyway, but I'm only interested in free solutions because my organisation cannot afford to buy these modules to just use them once. I'm new to DNN (as you may have noticed) and DNN was a suggestion from my superiors to get me involved on .NET framework. If I could, the alternative would bem PHP/MySQL. Once again, thanks anyway.
