I was interested in the Help Desk Module from dnntoolset, however, have not been able to make contact..  Does anyone know if he is still in business?

I did get one response from the guy about 6 months back via a Snowcovered question form, but further queries in his forum have gone unanswered. The modules tend to look very good, but they don't follow the right management model (module editors must be able to manage all content) and combined with the unresponsiveness of the developer I'd say pass. It's not worth the risk.
