Hi all pros

Which forum thread would be the correct if I want to make questions or search för answers about the inbuilt filemanager in the DotNetNuke?

I'l like to know what this authority settings straight below the filemanager is for? I cannot seem to get it to work.... It is per default settings also set to allow all users to view the files in the filemanager .... but when I test it and set all users to as well edit user rights then you still has to login to be able to access the filemanager .... is this functionality scrapped for other functionality like the LiveID and such?
