Has anyone seen a Text/HTML module that will format contents as two columns?  I've got a guy who is currently hard coding table columns in his HTML before posting, but I could swear I saw something that did this a while back and can't seem to find anything?

you can use e.g. UserDefinedTable, to place two Text/HTML columns side by side

The core Text/HTML module using FCKEditor as a provider will do this, because it is a feature of FCKEditor ... it comes with a couple-three templates installed, which you can select at edit-time.

You can also add your own templates. I think this is a well-kept secret - an aspect of FCKEditor that many users simply never discover. Check it out!

Two other solutions:

  1. Use a modified template if this going to be routine.
  2. Use a module wrapper if you want to display something other than text in the other column.

But, as mentioned, I suggest you check out this file...

\Providers\HtmlEditorProviders\FckHtmlEditorProvider\FCKeditor\fcktemplates.xml
