Howdy
Looks like you hit the nail on the head. I don't want to jinx it but I found that the worker processess were set to one then on second look were set to 2?! Something screwey there, but I set it back to one and things seem optimistically smooth. Keep your feingers crossed that I'm not posting again tomorrow but after two weeks of banging my head on this server a fresh set of eyes really saved the day. If it weren't for this forum and the experts on it I don't know what I'd do.

Tried as suggested but even on the server I was running into the same issues, John's post seems to have zeroed in on the answer but thanks a bunch for your help.
