I currently have a website designed through Dreamweaver and would like to add a dynamic info page for users to login and update information on that page only.  Can I create an info link with my current site and have it go to a DNN page?  If so,  can I use my dreamweaver template to create the page with an editable area and have the DNN information only appear in the editable region?

The answer is that I, and others, can, but since I don't know you I can't say that you can.  :)

You'll need to do two things.  First, read the skinning documentation and help on this and other sites, and get up to speed on turing your Dreamweaver site into a skin.  DNNCreative.com is a good resource.  The second is to transfer actual content.  That's not hard, but you may need to play with DNN for a bit until you're comfortable with it.

Jeff
