I would like opinions on a Store Module.  I need one for an embroirdery business and therefore need sizes, color, and embroidery selection.  It also requires role based viewing of items.  I certainly will appreciate any recomendations.

Bill, there have been some very detailed discussions in the recent past on Store modules. Do a little poking around and I am sure you will find some good threads. But I do understand that the DNN Forum search is not that great, so reply back if you don't get the search results you expect.

What is the budget you are expecting to spend on the Store Module and do you already have a merchant account?

How many products are you  expecting to load into the system?

Thanks Cliff.

This is for a possible client and there will be hundreds of products.  I could go up to $500 for the absolute right module.  The big thing I am looking for is role-based viewing control on a product basis. They do a lot of embroidery for organizations and only members of those organizations can be allowed to purchase products with the organization's logo on them.

Although I don't currently use it (but want to soon) I would look firstly at CATALooK.  It appears to have a lot of features and functions and I'd be surprised if it doesn't do what you need.

So far I am still strugling with catalook. I can not recomend it yet. It is taking several weeks to get it configured. Installing catalook skins wiped out my whole set of portals. All of them. Now I am having trouble importing products. I hope tech support can help me. I got very good help from support on the skins but we will see how the import goes
