Hi

Just need a little bit of advice.  I am building a property portal using Ventrian Property agent and I am trying to work out a method by which i can charge property agents a subscription fee to add multiple properties and not to charge individuals or private sellers.

Is there a way of creating two different registration screens for each so I can ask them a different set of questions ofr there profiles.  So I would have a "agents register here" button, and a "Private sellers regsiter here" button.  If this isnt possible has anyone any other ideas or ways that i can split the details up.

I think what i am trying to get at is I need some way of adding an agent to a subscribers role so i can block oridinalry uses from doing certain things

Any ideas

You should check out the UCanUse registration form. That is what I use on my website. I actually created two seperate registration forms, and a third page that say if you are a business click here to register and if you are a bride click here to register then they go to their own forms. You can add fields and based on what their reply is for that field you can add them to a certain role.

Data Springs also sells a module called Dynamic Registration which accomplishes what you're looking for.

There is also Enterprise Forms that should let you create your own custom forms and customize the registration process.  In your particular case you may only need a single form with different registration options. Say if an agent registers you can force the agent to make a payment before allowing the registration process to go through with additional portal roles assigned for higher level of access.
