I'm getting the following exception on trying to access File manager after upgrading it from 4.8.1

Except the core intallation I only have the UVG 2.3 that uses AjaxPro and NeatUpload.

Anyone with similar problems found the solution?

When you performed an upgrade, did DNN report all upgrade steps as successful? Also, did you upload the 4.8.2 dnn version using FTP? If yes can you confirm your ftp client did not skip our timeout on any particular file during the upload?
