I am about to use DotNetNuke for a client that wants to rent his computer classroom to his clients and let them give formations to students. He wants to have following basically.

Payment based Subscription Model

Clients can make a deposit before renting classroom

Clients can also advertise their work via portal and publish details of formations that they are about to present to students.

Questions:

Which module is best to present dates, that classroom is available or not?

Which module is adviced to let renters to present their formations to portal visitors (students).

And should i use a RSS feed and articles module or Newsletter module to send bulletins to people, that want to rent classroom, but can't find an available date?

Which modules you would use? I'm very open to ideas and suggestions.

Have you tried looking at snowcovered using a search term of 'bookable events'?  Here is the results:

I've used bookable events located here: http://www.snowcovered.com/snowcovered2/Default.aspx?tabid=242&PackageID=4512

but later switched to this one because it functioned closer to what I really needed....and I recommend this one over bookable events.
