Hello,

We have a client facing website visible to all over the internet. Of late we are facing a issue on IE as well as on firefox that the "www" from the website seems to dissappear all of a sudden as a consequence no one is able to view the site, we have to reset the iis to make the site work again. We are recieving this error more often than not.

We use the snapsis menu for the top and the left side menu. We have our custom created skins and containers, we have . We use windows server 2003 as the OS and dotnetnuke v 4.5

Any help will be appreciated

Thanks,

Gouree

This should be an easy one to fix. Log in as host user and select "site settings" under the "Admin" menu. Under HTTP Alias section add the www.yourdomain.com in addition to existing HTTP alias(es).

I hope this helps.
