Howdy,

Was working on a website today trying to create pages, when I went to click on the admin menu it gave me a DNN Error. Index outside bounds of Array. When I went back the Admin Menu, the Hose Menu, and a few of the other menu items that I had created previous had all disappeared.

Anyone have any idea what has occured with this and how to prevent it in the future?

Thanks,
Ddraig

This sounds like you may have had a caching and/or memory problem.  When this happens, the TabInfoCollection often gets corrupted or emptied.  This is supposed to be fixed in more recent DNN versions.  Otherwise, you can force the cache to refresh to get your tabs back.
