is it possible to set different skins for different users. (e.g) User A has to view a page/ module in skin A. User B has view the same page in another skin. Is this possible? If yes how?

Check Snowcovered for a user skin module, it's not native to DNN.

I went through the site. But all skins are available for purchase. I just want to know what code changes(if any in DNN native code) is required to support different skins for different users?

I seem to recall a skin control (not a skin) for doing this.  As for free, no I don't know of one.
