I manage an enteriprise of portals for a frachise system and there is one portal I keep having problems with. For some reason (and I think it has to do with what program they are using to make edits to their site) this portal will not allow the site webmaster to edit a txt/html content box. If i log in as the host I can see the edit text link and can work within it just fine but if i log in as the site webmaster I cannot edit this one module on their home page. I think they are making additions/ edits to their site by developing it in a different program then copying it over to their DNN portal. I've had to "punt" a couple times now and completly rebuild their site, but it keeps happening. Are there particular programs that don't jive well with DNN? Do you think this could be the problem (originally i thought this might be a permissions issue, but the site webmaster can edit anyother page, any other module)? Any insight is much appreciated.

Thanks,
