Hi,

I've installed NewsGator Inbox 3.0.497 on Outlook 2003 SP2.

I've subscribe RSS.

The proxy is not necessary; I use IE7 setting for the proxy.

The RSS is created from DotNetNuke 4.8.2 -> Module: Repository 3.01.10

The RSS is ok in the IE7. I view feeds w/o subscribe.

In the NewsGator I see the feeds only if before I use the IE7 for view the feeds.

The portal is accessible only after DNN authentication.

Why?

Thanx.

This thread is in reference to the work item located at http://support.dotnetnuke.com/issue/ViewIssue.aspx?ID=8205&PROJID=23.

Luigi:  it's unlikely I will be able to diagnose your problem via a static IP; the best I'll be able to do in the near-term would be via the 75.145.*.* (probably 75.145.221.*) subnet.  I'll likely only need an hour or so to do so once I begin, so you'll have to decide if this is feasable or not.

You can contact me via email at brandon [d.ot] haynes [a@t] everysport.net.
