I'd like some feedback on what is everybody using (or tried) about two specific items:
- helpdesk: simple yet powerfull help desk module to work inside an intranet
DNNToolset.HelpDesk
Sigmapro HelpDesk
Support Desk
any other?

- reservation module: so users (selected) can reserve material, rooms, ...
Global Conference Manager seems a good option but it's still not published
I remember seing another similar module but cannot find it right now...

So please, if you don't mind sharing your expertise, what are your favourite modules is these areas?
Any problems? Very satisfied from your choose? Please comment :)

I installed "SupportDesk" for a client. The problem I am (allways) facing is lack of localization (I don't understand why they don't supply a Dutch translation...), in this case no resx files which doesn't help much.... Also found an object qualifier issue. Reporting it resulted in quick feedback. So that's not so positive.

I haven't got enough experience to comment on the use of the module. The features are good it is being used for issue tracking, some learning is required though. The nice thing is, that it can be configured on a user by user basis. A user can only edit his own issues. You can also add an issue for a user.

Hope this helps,

Peter
