My DNN 4.8.2 site stop loading: www.raddho.org

I am getting a blank page,I even can't get errors

Need urgent help

You should try reset IIS at first. then add some blank space in web.config to force DNN website reboot itself.

I checked the source code when I visit www.raddho.org, I just get a empty HTML doc like this:

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN"><html><head><title></title></head><body></body></html>
So it seems DNN stopped loading at the begaining, you should check whether server has virus or some third party module stop the DNN loading.

thanks for for quick answer.My hosting provider is webhost4life and they did restarted IIS when I asked to them and as you see it did not solved the problem.Before that I deleted  in desktopModules and Bin directory the third party modules I installed in last 3 days.That did not help either,so I am considering restoring the site from their backup

I am thinking also to upgrade to 4.8.4,it might solve it, Any ideas?

Here is webhost4life support staff to this issue:

Dear client, I have already test your site, it is a timeout error. Your site can cost 93MB memory and 77MB virtual memory. So you may download it to your local. That must be caused by the setting of your DNN site. You may cost much time to debug it. We would like to help you, but at this point we cannot have further check. Thanks for your understanding.
