I get this error when I try to add a new page. I am using DNN 4.8.4. Any idea how to resolve this? Thanks for your time.

Frozen DNN,

Are you using an object qualifier for your website? By default in the development.config an object qualifier of "dnn_" is used. The reason I ask is because there is something trying to access a database object (MCISS_MenuUpdate) and it can't find it. Either that object doesn't exist, or it is prefixed with "dnn_" to become "dnn_MCISS_MenuUpdate". Let me know how it goes!

Take care,

Ian

I just encountered the same exact thing. Last night I plugged in an instance of Inventua's free topmenu. Any chance you've got the same thing going on?

OH! Moments after posting previous, I had an brainstorm. I recently installed the DNN360 Navigation Suite, which when installed shows up as CISS SideMenu. I subsequently uninstalled it when I decided it wasn't meeting my needs. Had a sneaking suspicion onthe MCISS reference in our error, so I reinstalled the menu, and voila! I can add a new page again.

Does this apply to you as well?

I'm pretty well certain the DNN360 navigation suite is the culprit here, and I've posted to their forum with no response about how I can uninstall the module without this paralyzing error. Any help from out there would be greatly appreciated - I hate cluttering up my portal with modules I'm not using!
