I don't know if this is a good place to "chat" about EasyCGI, but they've been down since Sunday morning. Also, their support is really slow. We've asked for a Reverse DNS now since early last week and they seem confused on what we're asking for. Meanwhile, our email servers are getting black listed if in fact easycgi ever does come back online. Is anyone else having these issues and is there another host with VPS we can get on board with? Unbelievable this outage! They even took their DNS offline making it harder to switch to a back-up server.

I have heard of this before, for VPS solutions I've been using HostMySite.com and so far so good.

Thanks I'll check hostmysite out -- I'm wondering if you can take a Virtuoso restore file to a new provider? Interesting...

EasyCGI's explaination to their entire customer base being down (as of now, 2 days of downtime and counting). They appear to be denying that there is any problem at all.
