I keep getting this error anytime I try to make some changes in the Host Settings area of a DNN 4.09 install.  Everything else is working fine.  Some Host settings can be modified such as skin or adding modules, but if I try to change a Host Account password or try to test the SMTP settings, I get this error:

Until I can get the SMTP working, I can't get the newsletter module to work, so any tips about how to solve this one that don't start with "First, reinstall DNN and start from scratch" would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

there seem to be a host setting either missing or being duplicate. check the HostSettings table in your database and compare with same table of a working installation.
