my service provider 'Win on the Web' installed a 'search this site' function onto my site, and it hasn't picked up any new content since June 2008.  Everything that was on the site before June comes up in the search, but nothing that was added since June is picked up in the search.  I suggested to my service providers that they should uninstall it and install it again and they said it doesn't work that way.  I wonder if anyone else has had this problem and if they can give me any clues as to how they solved it.  I would also like to know if anyone knows of other people in Johannesburg, South Africa who can offer hosting and support to a dotnetnuke website as I would like to consider changing service providers, due to Win on the web's unreliable server capabilities, and would like to stay with Dotnetnuke if at all possible.

login as useruser ("host"9, go to scheduler in host menu and make sure, that search indexing job is enabled.

Go to search in Host menu and reindex content. If this does not succeed, you my delete your search index as described here and reindex.
