We are looking for a good replacement for the core Announcements module. The core Announcements module is a decent module for basic features, but we need something that gives us more options for displaying lists/views of announcements. For example, one current client wants to have one page that has the actual announcements but would like to have a list of the most recent announcements on the home page and linked to the full announcements page. With core modules, we tried to do this using syndication on the Announcements module and a News module on the home page. Right idea, but it doesn't quite work right.

So, anyone out there have any suggestions? Want to recommend a great Announcements module?
