 Dim _user As UserInfo = UserController.GetCurrentUserInfo()

Dim id as Integer = _user.UserID

these two lines of code returns different numbers in one page it returns right values in some pages it returns -1 why that any ideas?

-1 is returned, if the userinfo is either not loaded or empty (e.g. for unauthenticated users).

thx Sebastian  but there is a problrm her i can't solve it

it is a page containing Ifram this fram containing the page in my portal so the userinfo doesn't load in it do u know the reason

Are you going to tell me, that you are loading DNN inside an iframe of a different domain? this will fail due to security limitations.

no man look it is the Ifram module of the DNN and put the url of my page in it
