I think that's the issue.

At any rate, after not visiting Dotnetnuke.com for a while in Chrome on this computer, without any updates to Chrome (that I'm aware of), this site works again.

Thanks for returning and confirming that Mike.

On the issue of updates, my understanding is that chrome does automatic updates, with no way to turn it off (hence why many enterprises ban the use of it/firefox - for some reason system admins don't like self-updating software :) ) - so it may very well have been an issue specific to a version thats been replaced.

Chrome does auto-update itself by default, so it very well could of updated and fixed the issue you were having. The updates usually happen when you open a fresh instance of Chrome (close all windows, wait a few seconds, and relaunch) or you can goto About Chrome and it will check and give an update button if a new version exists.

You can also switch your branch from the stable channel to a beta or even bleeding edge. I'm @ 2.0.160 current which is from the Developer preview channel. Check http://code.google.com/chromium/ or http://dev.chromium.org/getting-involved/dev-channel for more information.

I too have been seeing a problem with Chrome (Mac 5.0.375) hanging when navigating to the second or third page on a DotNetNuke site. This doesn't happen with Firefox or Safari. This problem has forced me to switch my primary browser back to Firefox even though I liked Chrome.

I do find that while you are waiting for the page to load, you can click the stop button (the black "X" to the right of the address field) and then click the Reload button to have the page appear right away.
