In previous version we had a language option in the host menu and in the admin menu.
Now, it only appears in the host menu.
So how can I disable a language for portal 1 and enable it for portal 2?

you need to go to extensions, select and edit core language pack for the appropriate locale.

So do you know if there are any plans to make a Languages module for the core so I can assign any user to make translations.
