Then after starting the site, i get a single HTML module added to the home page, and can fix all the HTML module load errors by saving each module after making a small change to it, like the print option turned off.

I am getting the same error message - Containers.ActionBase.get_PortalSettings()

I think it is something to do with RadMenuActions and Telerik on mine - do you use these?

Same error.
Upgrade from 4.9.4 to 5.1.2

Only Italian language enabled!!!!
Only an error on the upgrade of Minimal Entropy skin!

Two error:
1) Text/HTML module : DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException
2) In Admin>Language I can't find the english language, i can't enable the english language.
