Hello gurus,

I have never touched DNN before and I am ready to go for it, but I know I need help?

I am in the Portland Oregon are, and there does not seem to be a DNN users group here, the closest is about 150miles away (Seattle, WA - can't find their address).

I am even willing to sign up for classes, on-line tutorials or anything that I can find I just can't find any structured training. Any suggestions?

I contacted Engage Software (listed on this site), but they canceled their basic classes, and said unless I know the basics, I don't have the pre-requisites for their classes.

I am a .net developer (asp.net/VB.NET) and I am relatively good at what I do.

Any words of wisdom?

Thanks.

There are a number of books and a number of tutorials at www.dnncreative.com.

Regarding module development, checkout dotnetnuke.adefwebserver.com.

What are you looking at doing with DNN?  What types of help are you looking for.

I do DNN training at times, and offer "support" that can serve as getting you a dedicated "ear to bend" when you need a bit of help.

Drop me an e-mail at msellers@iowacomputergurus.com if you would like.  (I don't get email notifications here so i typically loose track of threads...)
