Is anyone having problem with IMC on v4.9.1

My module is error free under 4.9.0, but under 4.9.1 I get two compile errors related to IMC - specifically related to ModuleCommunciation.

I am also getting reports from users that the module is not working after upgrading to 4.9.1.

I will add a ticket to Support site, but I was just hoping to confirm that there is an issue with 4.9.1  (EDIT: DNNP-9286 created)

I do understand there is an issue with V5 of IMC, which is going to be addressed in 5.0.1

Paul.

Hi Paul,

I myself have no issues with IMC until DNN 5.0.0 One of my modules that does IMC has been around and upgraded since early versions of DNN 2x. I am not saying there is no issue, just that I have not seen it in my testing or deployments of this module.

On DNN-9180 I posted some quick IMC code I cooked up for Charles to test with. Can you download this and see if it is working for you? Also try compiling it afterwords to see if you have any issues come up.

In your code are you explicitly or implicitly implementing the interfaces?

Dave
