Wrong forum. I've seen another post of yours here too. One of the best ways to get quick and good answers is to post in the appropriate forum. No scolding intended. Just helping you help yourself. Now onto your question, there are several great documents that will get you on your way. Download the documentation zip for your version of DotNetNuke from the same package download page.

these docs are not for beginners, as I would say DNN isn't a good homepage solution

I would check Install It! - Room and search for an entry with the word "success". - Good luck

Maybe you should first start in a site that lets you build a portal, so you can get to know DNN the quickest way without the need to host and install.
