I was working with the dynamic registration module, and have managed to cancel my host account subscription (meaning it canceled the account).  So now i am really in a pickle since i am not sure how i can put an account back in with that level of access (host level), I still have site admin access but not host.  Does anyone know how to put it back in or elevate on of my existing admin accounts to a host level account.  I messed up I know that, and am hoping someone can come up with a work around.

  Thanks,

  Adam

I think i found the solution:

You need to change the user's ApplicationID in the ASPNET_Membership and ASPNET_Users tables.

Look at the ASPNET_Applications table...you'll see an application entry for each portal in your Portals table.  The ApplicationName in the ASPNET_Applications table is the same as the PortalID in the Portals table...with one exception:  In ASPNET_Applications there is an entry with "-1" as the ApplicationName.  This is reserved for SuperUsers.

Change the ApplicationID of the user in ASPNET_Membership and ASPNET_Users tables to match the ApplicationID of the "-1" ApplicationName in ASPNET_Applications.

Then change the IsSuperUser column value in the Users table to "1" for the same user.

What do people think?

"Then change the IsSuperUser column value in the Users table to "1" for the same user."

Why not do only that part? I think you can simply do this by adding another user and go to the db and do the above statement.  I know that this is what to do when the Host account gets locked out.
